RETURNS
What is your return policy?

Refund policy

Only items purchased directly from ComfyModa.com are eligible for return. The items purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Standard Return Policy

  • You can return eligible orders within 30 calendar days from the order delivered date. The return package must be dropped off to the nearby carrier store in 7 days after the return request is approved.
  • Please ensure the item(s) you are returning is unworn and with all original materials including tags and accessories, and packed with original packaging.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable.
  • All “FINAL SALE” items and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The exchanged order will not be eligible for return.
  • A $9.99 + tax per pair return label fee will be applied to the returns for Free Shipping provinces.
  • We don’t provide return label to customers from Urban Area and Rural Area of NL, NU, YK, NT and some remote areas. Customers are responsible to ship back their return to our Toronto warehouse by themselves.
How do I submit a return request?

Submit a return request

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

What is your exchange policy?

Exchange

We offer 1 attempt free size/color exchange. Exchange to the different style is not available. Once the order is processed as exchanged, it is not eligible to return for refund or additional exchange.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your return when the return package reach our warehouse.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

How are promotional orders refunded?

Promotional Orders Refunds

Orders with promotional code or discounted price will be considered as promotional orders. All promotional orders will be eligible for our 30 days return policy except FINAL SALE orders.

If the promotional order after returned does NOT meet the promotion request (such as buy X get X off/free), the difference will be deducted from the refund.

Some items purchased with our promotional sales are non-refundable and only valid for store credit or color/size exchanges.
