What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Sezzle (4 interest-free payments) at ComfyModa.com.


Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes! ComfyModa.com understands that the safety of our customers' personal information is extremely important. We use a wide array of best-in-class electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.


Who do you ship with?

Great question! It really depends on what you're ordering. We have contracts with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and CanPar.


When do your orders ship?

Your order is shipped after the payment has been received and verified, and should be delivered within 5–8 business days.


Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes! When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to be received. You can also check the tracking number by viewing your Order Status in your My Account page.


Where do Duties/Taxes and Brokerage Fees come from?

This amount is calculated by our shipping courier in accordance with government regulations for the country that the item is being shipped to. These fees must be collected by the courier prior to delivery. The courier then submits these fees to the appropriate agencies as determined by law.


When will an out-of-stock product become available?

What is a Security Code?

Security codes, sometimes called card verification data, are the digits (usually 3) on the back of your credit card. For cardholder security, we ask you to input these digits during checkout.


Why can’t I check out?

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to complete checkout. Please do the following:

  • Double-check that your credit card number has been properly entered, ensuring no spaces are between numbers.
  • Confirm your postal code is correct (remember, the letter O and the number 0 are easy to mix up).
  • Make sure you have input a valid phone number in both your shipping and billing address.

If you need to edit your address, no problem — simply click on Edit Address on either the shipping or billing page.


How do I know if my order went through?

You will see the Order Confirmation page, which includes an order number, once you place your order. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.


Which currency is listed on the website?

All products are listed in CAD on the Canadian online store and USD on the United States online store.
