Care & Wear FAQs
Cleaning depends on the material.
For suede, let the boots dry and brush gently to remove dirt, then apply a suede-safe protector. For grain leather, wipe with a damp cloth and apply a leather protector or polish if needed. For nubuck, wipe gently and use a nubuck-safe spray only.
Salt and calcium can affect the appearance of leather if left on the surface for long periods. Wiping your boots clean after heavy exposure and allowing them to dry naturally helps maintain their finish and overall condition.
Your boots are waterproof from the start. Spray protectors are optional and most useful after extended wear, heavy exposure to salt, or before storing boots at the end of the season.
Store your boots in a cool, dry place once they are fully clean and dry. Stuff them with clean paper to help retain their shape and allow the materials to breathe during storage.
